Cœur de glace

Cuvées Cœur de glace are available in limited quantities. Harvested and vinified in the spirit of an ice wine.

These "cuvées" are intensely fruity, sweet, and develop a refreshing acidity.

Depending on the grape variety (usually Gewurztraminer or Riesling), they go well with streusel or hard cheese. Gourmets opt for pear or apricot tarts.
