Selection of noble grapes

Selection of noble grapes
SGN wines are produced when the weather offers the humidity and sunshine needed to produce over-ripe grapes. These "cuvées" require considerable effort, and are governed by particularly rigorous specifications.
Harvested in late autumn, the grapes most affected by noble rot (Botrytis Cinerea) have a naturally high sugar content. The result is the treasures of Alsace's vineyards, marked by power, complexity and a vast aromatic palette.
Depending on the grape variety, it is the perfect accompaniment to apple and goat cheese puff pastry, prune tart or apricot clafoutis.
